With our 40 years of experience, we have specially formulated intensive QA-QC methods and checks which are done at each and every step of manufacturing. From designing to the final erection at site, we carry out various QA-QC checks. Each of our production centres has QA-QC professionals.
- Various checks like Ultrasonic, X-ray, Magnetic Particle, Hardness testing, Overall dimension tests etc… are carried out. Besides testing the materials/components we have formulated special procedure to have various sub assembly and final assembly checks in all the production centres.
